The workouts are suitable for any fitness level. During training, we use fitness bands, dumbbells, and train different muscle groups. We do strength training, functional training, fat burning exercises, Tabata, Pilates, TRX, rehabilitation. I look forward to your presence as we achieve your goals together.
In my classes, you will reach your fitness goal, master the technique of doing exercises, gain a beautiful body, tighten your muscles, and be healthy.
Class schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10 AM.
