This book was brought to life at the request of the participants in my online courses. After conducting more than 100 of clean eating programs, people were getting great results in cleansing and detoxing their bodies, changing habits, and dropping their sugar addictions.
My clients would reach out to me again and again asking for some healthy and tasty recipes or willing to participate in my program again. Soon, with each course, there were more and more participants and positive reviews, and I thought, how can I pass on my knowledge so that people can go through this program on their own and use it regularly?
And then the idea came to me to put my course into a book – structurally, with the rules and recommendations of the course and with a variety of options for healthy and tasty recipes from the list of products allowed in the program.
This book will walk you through a 3-week regimen that will help you to lose weight, cultivate new healthy habbits and detox.

INGREDIENTS
2 Zucchini
1 Egg
Rice flour
2 oz Greens dill Garlic
1-2 cloves
1 Onion Spices and
salt TT (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
If it’s necessary, peel zucchini and grate. If moisture has formed, wring out a little. Chop the onion, garlic and herbs with a knife, combine everything in a bowl, add the egg, spices and salt. Mix and add flour in batches. The more moisture left in the zucchini, the more flour will be required. Heat up the grill / waffle iron and lay out our pancakes. It takes 3-4 minutes to bake each serving. Transfer finished waffles to a plate, decorate.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH
1 small had cauliflower
1 small had cauliflower
3/4 cup rice flour
2 eggs
6 tbsp flaxseed flour (if you don`t have it, sub with 6 tbsp of rice flour)
Salt and spices TT (to taste)

1/2 cup coconut milk
1 onion
1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
2 cups broccoli
1 can tuna

BROCCOLI CUTLETS WITH ONIONS
INGREDIENTS
14 oz broccoli florets
2 eggs
2 tbsp Psyllium / green buckwheat flour (can be replaced with home- ground flaxseed flour)
1 leek ghee /coconut oil
garlic salt, pepper, herbs
INSTRUCTIONS
Steam or boil broccoli till it`s cooked. Smash with a fork into small pieces. Cut leek in a small rings. In a pan greased with ghee oil, lightly fry leek with garlic and herbs. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add the spices, browned leek with herbs and garlic and chopped pieces of broccoli. Stir, add psyllium (or ground flax seeds). Let it brew for 10 minutes, form cutlets, fry over medium heat under a lid on both sides.
